The new Government has an aggressive attack plan to tackle the housing affordability crisis in New Zealand and will be introducing new initiatives aimed at improving the situation (for them!). One bright initiative would be to encourage developement on communal and multiple-owned Maori lands.

After listening to speeches at Ratana Pa for over an hour John Keys said he would like to learn Maori but didn't have the time!
Will they ever Learn!
